Superior(s)

Superior(s) help Ownership Manage the Staff Team by issuing strikes and overseeing the Staff to ensure they are doing their duties. They may also assist Ownership in other duties if requested by Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Staff

• Issuing Staff Strikes with good cause

• Reporting to Ownership and communicating to ownership

• Assisting Ownership where needed

Requirements & Standards

• Must be at least 17 years of age or older

• Must have had experience as Supervisor for at least 2 months (Unless we see them fit, they may be promoted sooner)

• Cannot have a track history of Staff Punishments/Strikes/Suspensions/Removals\

• Must be active in-game at least 3-4 times per week and active on Discord as much as possible.
